Houston Texans will hold a snapshot of quiet for previous group president Jamey Rootes Thursday night in the preseason finale against the San Francisco 49ers at NRG Stadium.
Rootes, who was the establishment's most memorable group president until Feb. 2021, died at 56 years old.
